The Opportunity:

As a Rural Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping clients buy and sell rural properties, including farms and lifestyle properties. Your expertise and passion for rural real estate will be instrumental in ensuring our clients make informed decisions and achieve their property-related goals.  It’s a fast-paced role, working alongside award winning salespeople, with strong local knowledge and exceptional negotiation skills.

  • You will have proven track record as a Rural Sales Agent in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of property market trends and property values.
  • Ability to collaborate with the sales support team to create effective property listings and marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Highly motivated and results driven.
  • Possess current real estate registration and / or a current real estate licence.
  • Possess your own vehicle and current driver’s licence.

We are seeking a Part Time Clearing Sales Agent ready to take ownership of a fantastic opportunity within an award-winning team.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Part Time Clearing Sales Agent to join our team.  You will play a pivotal role in our operations by fostering new business relationships and ensuring the seamless execution of clearing sales, both online and on-site.

We are offering a competitive, commission-based compensation, together with opportunities for professional growth and development.  As part of the Ray White family you’ll have all the tools and support you need to succeed.  We are proud to have developed our own custom-built clearing sale software, making the process easier for both vendors and purchasers.  Our platform simplifies the bidding, transactions, and reporting.  We’ve mastered the art of both onsite and online clearing sales and are now looking for the right person to take the lead.

About You:

  • Sound knowledge of farming equipment
  • An understanding of clearing sale procedures and processes.
  • Ability to collaborate with the sales support team to create effective clearing sale advertisements and campaigns.
  • Ability to collaborate with our online auction team (Ray White NASCO) to ensure the smooth running of all online clearing sale campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Highly motivated and results driven.
  • Possess current real estate registration and / or a current real estate licence.
  • Possess your own vehicle and current driver’s licence.
  • Possession of an Auctioneer’s Licence an advantage.
